Both yesterday and today, no one came to the gym with me. Not one player. And you know what? I absolutely loved it! BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I actually got to do my OWN workout on the road! I didn't have to keep and eye on different guys. I didn't have to go through the workout with someone because they can't listen to what I said the first 3 times. I didn't actually have to workout with someone else to provide the motivation for them to actually do their work. I actually got to follow the program that I designed for myself. I got to be selfish, haha!
It could be the fact that we are in New Orleans and it is hot, muggy, and the energy just seems to drain out of you. Once you step outside and start sweating, you don't stop... EVER!
Or it could be the fact that we ARE in New Orleans, the hotel is a block and a half away from Harrah's Casino, we are 4 blocks away from Bourbon St., and the guys were probably out until 7am this morning getting ripped out of their minds. Hmmm... I wonder which it is, haha!
